Refund policy

If you may be unhappy with your order and wish to make a return, you may do so. Please email us at returns@bornbelieverclothing.com with your order number along with a photo of the product, Our services will be with you as soon as possible. All the items must be in the same condition we sent them in and any items we feel unhappy about may result in being sent back to the customer.

We do have some set rules. All items must be unworn with no evidence of damage / odor and must be within a time period of 14 days since the delivery date.

Unfortunately at this point in time we do not offer free returns which will mean you will have to be responsible for covering the cost of delivering the items back to us that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are unable to take responsibility for any lost packages or delays.


If it may be a problem on our side please send us an email or give us a message on Instagram (found in the footer of our main page) with your order number and the reason of what the problem is and our services will be with you as soon as possible.
